Terms of use

RCM Tech, run by Gaurav Kumar, is a private tool for a network-marketing team to organise its own outreach: who to call, what was said, and how the team's purchase volume is moving. It is made for RCM distributors by an independent developer; it is not made, run or sold by RCM Business / Fashion Suitings Pvt. Ltd.

Accounts

An account is made by the admin, by the leader of a team, or from an invite link sent by someone in the team. There is one account for each mobile number. You are responsible for your password and for what is logged under your account. Data about distributors comes from reports you upload; you must have the right to use that data.

Subscription

After any free period, access costs ₹199 for 30 days, paid in advance through Razorpay. Each payment extends your access by 30 days from its current expiry. There is no automatic renewal and no mandate: if you do not pay again, access simply pauses and your data is kept. The optional AI agent costs ₹999 for 30 days on the same terms, and it is never needed to join or to earn.

Acceptable use

Use the app only to contact people who have a relationship with your team. Do not send spam, make misleading income claims, or store data you have no right to hold. Follow the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 when you speak to prospects.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for it to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features with notice on the app.
