Delete your account

You can delete your RCM Tech account, and everything kept under it, yourself and at any time. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone.

How

1. Sign in, in the app or on this website.
2. Open More, then Account.
3. At the foot of the page, choose Delete my account.
4. Type your User ID and your password, and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, User ID, mobile number, email, password and sign-ins.
• The team reports (sheets) you uploaded.
• The calls and messages you logged, and your follow-up reminders.
• Your prospects and their history, your meetings and your daily lists.
• Your invite links, and your link to Google Contacts if you made one.
• If you head a team: that team's notes, tags and 90-day plans.

What is kept

• The accounts of people under you. They are not yours to delete; they move to whoever is above you.
• A note you wrote in a team headed by someone else stays with that team, without your name on it.
• That your mobile number had an account, for one year. The number itself is not kept, only a fingerprint of it that cannot be read as a number. It is there so that the free first month is not taken twice; in that year the admin can add you again, and nobody else.
• The record of a payment is kept by Razorpay, the payment company, as the law asks of them. We keep none of it here once the account is gone.

If you cannot sign in

Contact edu.gauravkumar@gmail.com from the mobile number or email of the account, with your User ID. The account is deleted within seven days.
