Privacy policy

RCM Tech stores only what the app needs to work: your account details, the distributor reports your team uploads, the calls and messages your team logs, prospects you add, and payment records.

Where data lives

Data is stored in a database hosted on Neon (Postgres) and served through Vercel. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store card or UPI details, only the order and payment identifiers Razorpay returns.

Who can see it

The people in your own team can see its call logs and notes, because that is how a team avoids calling the same person twice. One team cannot see another team's sheets, notes, logs or prospects. Accounts are managed by the admin and, within a team, by its leader. We do not sell or share data with anyone else.

Messages

WhatsApp messages are opened in your own WhatsApp app; the tool does not send messages on your behalf. If the optional AI feature is switched on, the draft message and the person's first name are sent to the AI provider to be rewritten and are not used for training. If you use the reply helper, what the person wrote to you, which you paste in yourself, goes to the AI provider in the same way so that it can draft an answer. If they asked you to stop, their words are not sent. The app never sends a WhatsApp message by itself: you read each draft and send it from your own WhatsApp.

If a leader has the optional AI agent, a person who leaves their details on that leader's page can use a private chat. It is answered by an AI assistant, and the page says so at the top. What the person writes there, their first name and their town go to the AI provider so that it can answer, and are not used for training. If they say stop, or press Stop, their words are not sent, nothing more is sent to them and they can start again themselves. The leader can read the chat. Chats are kept for six months and then deleted, and are deleted at once if the leader removes that person.

Phone contacts

The app reads contacts from your phone only when you press the button, and only to show you a list to choose from. To mark who is already in your team or your list, the names and numbers are sent to the app's server and checked there; they are not kept and not shared. The people you tick are saved as your prospects; the rest are not stored. In the Android app you are told this, and asked, before the phone's contacts are opened for the first time. In the Android app, if you allow it, the length of a call you started from the app is read from your phone for that one number so the call can be logged. Your call history is not uploaded. The app from Google Play does not read call history at all.

Google Contacts

If you connect a Google account, the app uses it for two things: to show you your Google Contacts so you can choose people to add as prospects, and to add your team members to your Google Contacts under a label named “RCM Team”. It does not change or delete your existing contacts. Your Google data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with anyone. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The access key is stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time from the Phone contacts page, which removes it.

The website

The public website, rcmworld.tech, uses Google Analytics to understand its traffic. It counts visits to the website only, and it does not see your account, your team or anything inside this app.

Your choices

You can change or delete your prospects and notes at any time. You can delete your account, and everything kept under it, yourself: Account, then Delete my account. The Delete account page says what goes and what is kept: for one year after, a fingerprint of the mobile number, so that the free first month is not taken twice.
