Shipping and delivery

Nothing is shipped. What is sold is access to an app, used on a phone or a computer. There are no goods, no courier and no delivery charge.

When access starts

The 30 days are added to the account as soon as the payment goes through, usually within a minute. The Access page inside the app then shows the new date, and the payment is listed under Payment history.

If the days are not added

If money has left your account and the new date does not show within an hour, contact edu.gauravkumar@gmail.com with the payment id from your bank or UPI app. The days are added by hand, or the payment is returned in full, as the Refunds page says.
